dialer not following rules for 800, 877, 866..number
I have outlook 2007, and I found that the dialer doesn't work as it should
for the 800 numbers. Basically, I want it to skip using long distance rules fo 800, 866 ,..,as specified in my area code rules. Still, it treats it as a long distance number and calls my long distance carrier before dialing the 800 number. I know I can add a comma in front to bypass any rule. However, it's a hassle. Besides, if it's a ms fax program, then I can't add a comma in front. |

Not an Outlook question. Outlook is not in play here. Only the Windows
dialer is. You need to ask about how to create dialing rules in a group that supports Windows telephony. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "MirrorOnTheWall" u37744@uwe wrote in message news:78c984f47568c@uwe...
