Default Outlook 2003 Task form in Contact Action "New Task for Contact"

I have designed a new task form (Sales Task) and can start it from within the
Task folder BUT I want to start it from the above Contact Action in the
Contact form. It presently only selects the original Task form... how do I
get it to select my newly designed Task form?

Appreciate your input if you know how this can be done
