Cannot import Outlook 2003 Contacts to Windows Live Hotmail Contac

When I run the Contact Importer, I get a message that it cannot find a valid
Outlook addressbook, even with Outlook open. I have only one profile.
When I try to import from a CSV file created by exporting Contacts in
Outlook, I get a message that the records must show a firstname, lastname,
e-mail address, etc.

I have installed Outlook 2003 SP3.

Why doesn't Outlook Connector handle this?

How can I get my Outlook Contacts into Windows Live so I can access them on
the web?

Importing and exporting is not a good way to transfer data from Outlook to
Outlook. Use the original PST instead and simply open it with
FileOpenOutlook Data File.
