I try to send emails, the email addresses come up alpha by FIRST name of the
individuals in my contact / address book. The names in the contact / address book are filed by LAST name order. How do I get the pop up contact list to be by LAST name; cannot find this option to correct anywhere. |

For Outlook 2002/2003, click ToolsE-mail AccountsView or change existing directories or address booksNext. Select the sort order there. Click OK, close and restart Outlook. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
