Default In outlook 2000 how do I change the address book layout

I have outlook 2000. After 2 weeks my emails go into an archive file.
Recently it went over 2 GB and corrupted. I fixed that issue but my address
book layout changed. My "Contacts" folder is fine but the way the name and
email information is displayed in my address book is wrong. How do you format
the address book layout.
