Two Outlook contacts

There are two contacts showing in the outlook folder one as 'Contacts' and
other as 'Contacts in Personal Folders'. When I send a new email it finds
the contacts in the 'Contacts' because the location is Mailbox - TK, but if I
have a document which I don’t want to save but just want to send as an
attachment then it is finding nothing it the contacts because location is
'Personal Folder' which is empty.
can anyone help to resolve this problem.

Two Outlook contacts

Post is too unclear. "Showing in the outlook folder" means what exactly?
What view? What version? What information store? How did you create the
second folder?

Use Folder List view to examine your entire folder hierarchy. Examine how
your Outlook Address Book Service is configured and what folders it is set
to display.
