I have contacts that have been closed but however I don't want to delete
them. I would like to have certain records by a certain category moved to a archive folder in case it ever pops up again and i have a history. Any suggestions on how to accomplish this. I have Outlook 2003 and 4200 records |

You cannot autoarchive Contacts since they do not normally expire (unless
they are 85 years old or more). You can always archive them manually by moving them into your Archive file. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Vanessa" wrote in message ...
