What this user wants to know and so do I is how can you "create new letter to
contact" in Outlook 2007 like Outlook 2003 in Actions. You select the contact and select the action and it opens Word with the contact information it rather than having to re-type the information into Word manually. This is a necessity in Outlook, other contact management programs have this. Feature was removed. Your only option is to use Word's Insert Address
