Outlook 2007 contacts folder

The "Contacts" folder is missing from my Personal Folders list. When I try
to create a new "Contacts" folder a message pops up that the folder already
exists. How do I get the Contacts folder to appear under my Personal
Folders?

Change your view to all folders, not just mail.
