I recently recovered from a crash and had to re-install all of my programs.
Previously I could type a letter in the address bar and several choices were
available to choose from, but they donot show up since the re-install. Please
help me set up Outlook to remember these addresses.Thanx for the help

As expected. Your autocompletion cache won't repopulate until you send
messages again, and I assume you did not bother to back up your previous
autocompletion cache.

You misunderstand - unless you backed up the *nk2 file you HAVE no
autocomplete. it builds it up as you type in email addresses. You CAN'T "set
it up" without the backed-up file.

Normally one institutes backups before crashes. How to back up data is the
first thing anyone using anyone using a computer needs to learn first thing.
I can't help the fact that you didn't, but the information on how to backup
your Outlook data has been posted here countless times.
