How do I import my address book from Comcast's Webmail to MS Outlook?

How would we know? What is Comcasts's Webmail and why wouldn't you ask them?

Every program has defined procedures for how/what it can import and/or
export. What Outlook can import is very well defined (and Comcast Webmail is
not in the list). Your single question is actually:

#1 - Can you export your address book from Comcast's Webmail?
#2 - If you can....
a) how?
b) to what formats?

All of the above are Comcast and not Outlook questions. Once you get an
answer for item (2b) (assuming question (#1) is positive) you can then
compare it to what Outlook can import which, at the end of the day, is the
answer to your question from an Outlook perspective.

1. Open your Comcast Webmail Address Book.
2. On the address book toolbar, Press the button to Export.
3. Select Outlook CSV file format.
4. Save the Webmail.csv file to your Desktop, or in a folder on your PC.
a. At this point you might consider opening the *.csv file in Excel or
any other Spreadsheet Program, and doing some housekeeping on the Contacts
there before importing the Contacts into OUTLOOK.
b. Deleting contacts, or adding/updating information to the default
fields for those contacts.
c. Then closing the document, and accept the changes. Then you can
import the Webmail contacts into OUTLOOK.
5. Open Outlook FILE Import from File or Program Select Comma Separated
Value (Windows) Browse/Open the saved *.CSV file Select to replace or not
replace duplicate entries Import to your contacts folder.
