Default adding email folders to group list without having to zip it!

have created a number of job folders in my outlook 2007 inbox.
my question is first, how do I attach the folder to email being send as
group list, without having to zip the job folder?
Sometime it allow me to attach as a note. other time, I need to add each
email in the job folder.
