mass emails
I have a small business and have created a data base of email addresses so I
can send out promotional material. These emails are not attachments, they are sent from a user template within Outlook. When I do this I get a large number of returns with the following error messages: Permanent Failu 553_sorry,_relaying_denied-from-your-location_[204.127.217.104] (#5.7.1) 550 [PERMIFAIL] destination not valid within DNS Recipient-address-rejected:_User_unkown-in_relay_recipient_table Permanent Failu 550_Requestred_action_not_taken:_mailbox_unavailab le Permanent failu 550_5_.1.1 Recipient_adddress_rejected:_User_unknown_in_relay _recipient _table 552 REQUESTED MAIL ACTION ABORTED: HEADERS EXCEED 32K BYTES OR RECORD TOO LONG Can anyone help me to eliminate some of these problems. I have been told that dividing my data base into several smaller data bases would help. And I've been told that it would not. If it would help, how would I go about moving the entries in the distribution list to other distrubution lists without having to do it manually? I've tried copying and pasting, dragging and dropping etc. and these are not available within the distribution list. HELP PLEASE! -- Mikyie |

Correct that problem and some (all?) of the remaining problems may vanish. I have been told that dividing my data base into several smaller data bases would help.
