Until today, when I started an email to my daughter...I only had to type
either the first three letters of her name or email address and it would auto fill it in for me. No longer does it for her..does for everyone else. Outlook 2002 Win XP I redid her contact twice...did not help. Any ideas? Thanks DA |

Autocompletion is a fragile feature that is poorly implemented and not
intended to be either reliable or robust. There's no way to tell why yours stopped working from the meager details you've provided, but the behavior is common. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "DA" wrote in message ... Thanks. I could not think of any other
details to include. DA "Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]" wrote in message ... Autocompletion is a fragile feature that is poorly implemented and not intended to be either reliable or robust. Well recreating the Contact would accomplish nothing since autocompletion
has nothing to do with Contacts. Sending another message to her would repopulate the cache, unless its corrupted. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "DA" wrote in message ... Thanks.
