Two Contacts Lists - Only Want One
In the e-mail "To" field, when I hit the "..." I see two "Contacts" lists in
the drop down box. One of them is empty, the other has my contacts in it. On the Outlook Contacts screen there is only one Contacts list. Can you tell me how to delete the 2nd Contacts option that shows up at "To..." ?? Outlook 2003 running under Vista. |

Thanks, Russ... That worked. Much appreciated.
(BTW, I had looked through all the posts before asking and I didn't see how to do this. Must have been my oversight, because if you say it's here countless times, I'm sure you're right. I'm also sure it's frustrating for you to have to answer the same question so many times, but I do appreciate it greatly.) Steve "Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Posted here countless times. That's because Microsoft provides no useful way to search these groups. Next
time, just use a decent search engine: http://groups.google.com/group/micro...ontacts/topics A Search for "Two Contact Folders" turns up 3100 hits in 0.3 seconds many of which answer your exact question. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "SteveIdeas" wrote in message ...
