Outlook Business Contact Manager

I'm trying to do a mail/merge business letter using BCM which calls on Word
2007 to do the actual merging. My problem is there is no acceptable field
to map "title" to listed in the drop down box. The names when displayed
under the various Outlook views all display a prefix (Mr., Mrs., etc) but
there is no option in the mapping drop down box to get at these fields.
I've checked for "title", "prefix" but there is no entry. The result is
inside address and salutation come out Michael Smith rather than Mr. Michael
Smith and Dear Michael Smith rather than Dear Mr. Smith. What am I doing
wrong?

Thanks,
Charles

Hard to know what you're doing wrong since we have no idea which procedure
you are using. As a general rule, if you want to use an Outlook field, you
start the merge from Outlook. Since you are asking about BCM, you should ask
in a BCM group in case the procedure is different.
