I'm using Outlook 2003 Basic Edition on many computers in company. We have
one additional .pst file with fresh contacts - It's copied on every PC with simple script during startup. This .pst file is connected to Outlook on each computer. It worked fine but one day "properties" option of addres book changed to gray and I cannot select it. It's strange that I still can view these contacts and get new if file on server is updated. Another problem is that this address book was shown as an e-mail address book but stopped when I "properties" option gone grey. As you know to Mark your contact folder for use with your address book I must enter properties but I can't. Help me please |
