Outlook - Address Book
If I try to enter an Email address from the Address Book into the cc or bcc,
it always adss it to the "TO" line. Have to cut and paste it where I want it to go. What am I doing wrong. |

We don't know how you are currently doing it or which version you have. So
please explain your method and be very exact as we can't see what you are doing. Did it ever work the way you expected? What changed since then? Which version do you have? Sorry - should have told you I use Outlook 2003.
It has never worked the way I expected. That is, to click in cc or bcc, then select a contact and double click it. Click on the CC or BCC button, the address book is brought up. Add the address you want to the field. |

Add the address you want to the field. Mine doesn't work that way. Address Book won't come up clicking on BCC or CC and bringing it up manually results as I originally described - selected name or names are added to the "to" line regardless of clicking on bcc or cc in one or both of the message and address book. |
