Outlook Contacts
My boss has asked for help with his outlook contacts. When he goes to his
contacts he actually has two folders. One of these folders is empty while one has all the data. He would like to get rid of the second, empty icon -- Florence |

Right clicking does not give us the option of delete

Thanks for the response. He is seeing this in the Navigation Pane of outlook under contacts. Is the folder located in a different mailbox or PST file?
