Import/Export option doesn´t apear under File Menu in Outlook07?

I am trying to save a back up copy of my Outlook Contacts. Usually I do this
by going to the Import/Export option under the File munu, but this option now
does not appear.

Well you shouldn't be doing that at all, unless you connect to Exchange
Server.
As posted here at LEAST once a day - just close Outlook and make a copy of
your pst file.....

Thanks for your response. Would you be able to explain why the import/export
option doesn´t appear anymore under the File menu? It used to be there and
now it is not. Thanks!

No. Could be a corrupted mail profile - often caused by import/exporting!
