I have about 10 distribution lists, and the "Update Now" function isn't
working (odd - it used to). Whenever someone changes their email address, I have to go to each distribution list, delete there old record and then re-add their new one with the current email address. This is a real hassle - plus I frequently miss making the change in all of the distribution lists. It would be so much more efficient if I could just open each DL and hit "update now" and have them all automatically updated with what is in the Contacts file. Is there no way to do that? Thanks for your help. It's driving me nuts. dla |

It would be so much more efficient if I could just open each DL and hit "update now" and have them all automatically updated with what is in the Contacts file. Is there no way to do that? I agree it would be efficient. If it doesn't work, though, it doesn't, no matter how much we'd like it to. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |

This is why its better to use categories instead of DLs.
