Somehow, I have two "contact" files... one has date, the default one does
not... in other words, if I try "carolsm" in the email address line, it should find ... but it doesn't. it asks me to find the address and when I use the drop down list is shows "Outlook Address Book" (empty) "Outlook" (empty) "Outlook" (has data, but isn't being accessed) How do I delete the empty files, and have Outlook find the one with data???
