Lost Address Book/Email files
Recently I had to use the recovery mode on my harddrive. Prior to doing so I
knew that I would lose all programs but was told that data files would be retained but I backedup what I could. Now I do not know where to attempt to find my saved emails and my address book. Are they gone or might they have been retained?-- Steve

Lost Address Book/Email files
The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
