Default New Address book

I removed the address book because it was not working and tried to install a
new one. I am unable to do so. When I select the outlook address book, it
tells me that the account is not fully configured and will not let me advance
any further on the install. Now I have no address book at all. I do have my
contacts list ok, but cannot access it from my email.

State your Outlook version.
The error message is telling you that you have not configured your mail
accounts correctly. Start there.

My Outlook, which came with the computor is 2002. My email is through ATT. My
email is working fine and tests 100%.

Then you will have to provide at least some information. This didn't just
happen all by itself for no reason. There is much more to your story than
you are telling us. That won't work.
Read the posting guidelines:
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=555375
State the steps you took that created the problem in as much detail as
possible.
State the steps you are taking to try to correct it, what happens when you
try, and all precise error messages you get.
