outlook 2007 bcm installation
 

I am having troubles installing the BCM. I know this sounds strange. Here is
what happens. I click on the setup.exe and the wizard starts. I choose that
I want to install BCM. I try to click next but it is greyed out. I only
have the option to cancel. This is not a trial version. Any ideas?

Is Outlook already installed?

BCM is an add-in that installs on top of Outlook, not as a separate program.
