Rules to move mail "not-in-my-address-book" to a different folder
I've been trying to move mail from senders not in my address book to
another folder in outlook. I figured out a way to accomplish this but it only seems to work when I manually run my rules. 1. I categorize all incoming mail as "unscreened" 2. I then check the sender against my address books and if found change the category to "screened" 3. I then move the "unscreened" mail to a different folder. This works when I manually run, but does not work when mail rolls-in in real time and the mail just sits in my inbox, categorized as "unscreened". If the rules had a few more options this would be easy. Any ideas?? |
