Contact List that I can use separately in the future for some mass mailings
I have my regular Outlook Contacts.
How do I create some separation of some of the contacts so sometime in the future I might want to send all those "separated" group mass mailings? Thanks. |

Unless you want to make rules based on the senders being in a certain
address book, in which case, make another Contacts Folder. Regards Judy Gleeson MVP Outlook www.judygleeson.com www.deskdoctors.com Are you sick of bad email practice? Gordon gave you good advice, but I will take it a step further, make a
distribution list. That's what I do, I have: 1 for my Prayer Team 1 for my Devotional List 1 for my Board members 1 for my friends 1 for my family so forth and so on. Just go up to where the little "New" button is, and there is a "Distribution List" selection you can select...then you just start selecting the people you want on that list. Better to use categories for that since some people may be in your prayer
team and friends as well as other groups of like individuals. Categories allow you to select one group and send e-mail to that group by dragging the category to your in-box. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Why not just use Categories? Much simpler.... |
