Ask Outlook which one is the current default. FileData File Management and
ToolsOptionsOtherAutoArchive. If both are in use, it certainly won't
hurt to back them both up.

I was able to confirm the current archive.pst, but the current outlook.pst I
cannot confirm because 2000 does not seem to allow me to do as you posted and
go to filedatafile management. Please help. Thanks

Always state your Outlook version when you post a question to that people
don't have to guess and suggest something inaccurate. Right-click the root
of the main folder set (i.e., Outlook Today) and choose Properties. If you
see an Advanced button, click it.
