When I open Outlook Express, the Contact list is empty, with a message saying
"There are no contacts to display. Click on Contacts to create a new
contact." However, when I click on Addresses, it shows that all my contacts
are still there. How do I get them back into the drop down contacts list?

Express is actually a separate program despite the similar name.
