Inbox sorting
Why do e-mail address in the inbox list as David Smith and sometimes as
? I am encountering this issue when I sort my inbox or other folders by the To: field. I have tried changing the contact's File As settings to no avail. Any suggestions?

Inbox sorting
what you see in the From field is set by the sender. If I have
