When I create an email and click on the to: button to go to my address list
some contacts are not listed, however, when I type their name in the to: line of the email they appear. Why can't I see them in my address list and how do I get them in there. I use Business Manager and they are not in there either. I imported them from Outlook Express and they used to appear and then disappeared. |

The address book view shows only valid electronic addresses that reside in
your Contacts Folder. Your autocompletion cache has nothing to do with your Contacts. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "rackerson" wrote in message ... You don't understand. As I said, your autocompletion cache is completely
different than your Contacts. The address exists in your cache, but not in your Contacts Folder nor the address book view thereof. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "rackerson" wrote in message ... Thanks, Is there any way of taking a contact from the cache into the contacts
folder? "Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: You don't understand. As I said, your autocompletion cache is completely different than your Contacts. Sure. Create a Contact in Outlook and enter the email address into the
Contact Record. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "rackerson" wrote in message ... Thanks, Is there any way of taking a contact from the cache into the contacts folder?
