Design a contact form in Outlook 2007

Default Design a contact form in Outlook 2007

I use outlook 2007.
After opening a new contact I am trying to "Design This Form" , in my
screen appear a different form layout.
I cannot understand what is happening.

Default Design a contact form in Outlook 2007

the designer uses the old form layout. As long as you don't edit the first
page, it should look the same.
