OL Mobile and v-cards
I don't know if this is the right place to ask this question. Using OL 2003
(and prior versions) I frequently send v-cards to other people to provide information about one of my Contacts. No problem. However, using OL Mobile (with my Verizon XV-6800) I find that I can not send a v-card as e-mail from the phone. Instead, I can only do so as Picture Mail or something called MMS, which--ka-ching!--means an extra charge since "messaging" is not included in my corporate unlimited data plan. Is this simply another Verizon thing? They have lots of extra charges rigged and also disable some phone features so they can sell those features back to me, e.g., GPS navigation. Or was this something deliberate from Microsoft? Bottom line, is there a way to send a v-card as e-mail from OL mobile? -- Joe McGuire |

Ask Windows Mobile questions in microsoft.public.pocketpc or forums that deal specifically with your mobile device. This has nothing to do with Outlook. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
