I just installed Outlook 2007 and am trying to build a distribution list.
I have about 4000 contacts in my Contacts folder but they are located on a network server at www.Register. Co, my network service provider. I have no names in my address book. How can I get get Outlook Distribution list recognize them so I can use them. |

You would have to export them to a format that Outlook can import. Then you
import them into your Contacts Folder. You would never attempt to create a DL from that many Contacts. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Punditbaba" wrote in message ...
