New Contact form
I have created a new Contact form in Outlook 2007. The name of the nes for
is "New" and it is stored in "Personal Forms Library." I right click on Contacts folder, and changed where it said "When posting to this folder, use:" to "New." I also went to "Forms" tab and clicked "Manage" and added my new form to the box there. I then went to where it says "Allow these forms in this folder" and tried to click "Only forms listed above" because I also want to pull up existing contacts using this form. This box was grayed out and would not allow me to do this. What do I need to do? Thanks!! |
New Contact form
You need to change the message class for all existing contacts to the new
form name - either of the two free utilities below will serve the purpose - there is no option within Outlook itself that allows you to do that. ContactGenie Message Class Modifier http://www.contactgenie.com/cgtmcm.htm DocMessageClass http://www.publicshareware.com/publi...-utilities.php Karl __________________________________________________ _ Karl Timmermans - The Claxton Group ContactGenie - Importer 1.3 / DataPorter 2.0 / Exporter "Power contact importers/exporters for MS Outlook '2000/2007" http://www.contactgenie.com "William" wrote in message ...
