Default If this stupid thing is going to just ADD to my frustration!

I need help to edit the "NAME" for an email address. I've tried
everything I can think of!
I changed it, tried it and it still comes up the old way.
I deleted all email that had that email address in it.
I exited out and re-entered the email account.
I searched for a duplicate somewhere.
I even restarted my BL@STED computer!
It still comes up the OLD way when I try to compose an email and
include that one in it.

Did you change the name in the "display as" box on the contact file?

Ask ONCE and wait for an answer. Three minutes isn't a long enough wait.
