Printing Full Contact Info with All Notes
 

Outlook 2003

I'm trying to print a listing of my contacts including the notes.

I include the "Notes" in the Current View but when I print in any style
(card, booklet, memo, etc.) the larger "Notes" fields get truncated and are
not fully printed.

Any suggestions on how to get all the "Note" filed printed out in a listing
of the Contacts?

Appreciate any direction.

table printing limits the size of the fields that are printed. If you need
the notes field you will need to use the memo style and print it on a full
page.
