Contacts were deleted
My palm treo phone was stolen and the contacts were deleted. It was
synchronized with my e-mail so I lost them there as well. I tried to retreive them from archived .pst files, but I only see e-mails restored. When I archive, I archive the entire mailbox which includes calendar, contacts, etc. so I assumed they would be there. Is there a way to get them back? If not, how do I archive them properly in the future? Joe |
Contacts were deleted
Contacts can't be archived and archiving is not the same as backing up.
Unless you have a backup or the contacts were moved to the deleted items folder, the contacts are lost. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
