Click on Export - see what format you can export into. In Outlook see what
format Outlook will import. Match the two.

Vista contacts to Outlook 2003

Since Windows Mail is the replacement for Outlook Express, what happens if
you follow Outlook's Import Wizard to import from Outlook Express?
