Adding Fields or Mapping Fields to Contact Information
Hello All,
I hope I'm able to explain what I'm attempting to do. Here we go. I would like to be able to select a contact from the To... button and have the information from the contact, such as company name, contacts first name entered into particular fields in a template message. For example, I would like the name of a contact to be automatically entered after Dear , . Also, I would like the company name to be entered in certain parts of a message. I hope that explains what I need. If you can help I would be truly appreciative. Thanks in advance. Cheers Carlton |
