How to easily combine separate categories in outlook contact list

Over time I have made similar categories lists within my Master Address List
which I would now like to combine and re-flag under one category i.e. add
those smaller ones into a single category better titled . I have had no joy
in trying to find Help through Help! So - any Help out there, please? KevinM

Kevin, please see the link in my signature. With Category Manager it's very
easy to join and/or rename categories even across folder boundaries. For
cleaning your data once the trial is sufficient.
