Hello
I'm running Outlook 2003 with SP3 on XP and I've had this problem for some time. I don't remember how/when it started. Outlook works fine in general. However when I go into the contact form - to edit an existing contact or to create a new one - I am unable to open the sub-forms for phone numbers. So if I click on business..., home..., business fax.... etc the sub-form doesn't open. I can enter the number into the top level ok but this causes me problems with international dialling sometimes when I sync between devices. Can anyone suggest why these forms aren't opening for me? I get no error messages.... Thanks |

that usually happens when the telephony service is disabled.
