searchresults are different among users when searching addressbo

forexamle when looking from addressbook
one user can find persons with businessphone number but for others it wont
work , no searchresults returned, same with title a centain user could find
persons with a title ,but another useracount could not .. what could be the
reason ?

Address book view was never intended for searching.
Search Contacts Folders instead. You have countless options there to refine
your search and several methods for searching.
