Default Outlook 2007--How can I send a group of contacts with full info

I'm trying to figure out how I can easily send a group of contacts that have
the full vcard info. The Distribution List features doesn't attach my
contacts for anyone else. If the recipient doesn't have a card already, it
only gives the name & email. When I have a contact folder I have to select
all contacts and send all 300 as vcards; and that takes a long time to
compose. Why doesn't a distribution list have my contacts tagged to the list
for recipient? Thanks for any help.

Also when I tried to do select all (297 vcards) in one contact folder,
Outlook locked up with "not responding." I when I click on the folder name,
I'm not given any way to forward that folder. Help.

I don't understand what you are trying to do.
What does this mean?

only gives the name & email. When I have a contact folder I have to select
all contacts and send all 300 as vcards;

Err no, you should be able to select individual contacts.
Again, I think you need to clarify what EXACTLY you are trying to do.

Hi Gordon,
My apologies for the confusion. Basically, I want to send a large number of
contacts (vcards) to someone. Is there an easy way to do this in a folder and
not have to select every contact? I can send the 300 thru a distribution
list, but when the recipient receives the list and adds it to their Outllook
contacts, all they get is name/email, no mailing address, phone numbers, etc.
I want to make sure they get all contact info as vcards. Does this make sense
now? Thanks for your help.

For that number the easiest way would be to create a pst file (in Outlook do
File-New-Outlook Data File). Create a new Contact folder in that pst file
and copy all the contacts to it.
Then close the new pst file, rename it to *.zip (Outlook doesn't like
attachments with the extension pst) and email it to the person you want to.
They then do the reverse.

DL members are no connected to the contacts they represent. A DL is just a
set of name/address pairs, nothing else.

Are the recipients also Outlook users? If so, why not send them a PST
containing a copy of your Contacts folder?
