can't display contacts when creating new email
 

When I try to create a new email and click on "TO" expecting my Contacts list
to be displayed, I get the message "The address list could not be displayed.
The Contacts folder associated with this address list may have been moved or
deleted, or you may not have permissions".

When I on the folder list, I click on Contacts, and it opens without problem.

Either provide some information about the steps used to corrupt your address
book service or read the many posts here that already address this question.
We don't even know your Outlook version. This common problem has been
addressed here countless times.
