When I view my contacts in the phone list it they are grouped in 5 different
groups. Each group says :outlook internal version:100,015 or 100,016 or something to that effect. If I try to sort the companys from A-Z it considers each group from a to z then goes to the next group and starts over a to z. Does anyone know what this is and how I can get rid of it? |

The Phone List view isn't a view that's normally grouped. Reset it to its default.. Right-click just below the column header, choose Customize Current View, then Reset Current View. Does that make a difference? -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |

Yes this fixed it. Why did it group before?

I guess I was wondering what the outlook internal version number meant.
