Default Importing PST Contacts from Office 2003 to Office 2007

Hi, I created a 32K PST file for my Contacts in MSOffice 2003 and when I
tried to import it to MSOffice 2007 NOTHING happens. I have exported and
Imported Contacts files numerous times but this is the first time I've tried

32k is not even an empty file - an empty pst file is 256k.....
HOW did you "create" this 32k file?

Hi Gordon,

HOW did you "create" this 32k file?
I went to Import/Expotrt, close Export a File, PST, but apparently did
something WRONG

When I look at Properties, it says:
Size 499 byte Size on Disk 4.0 KB

so are you telling me that I created a corrupt or improper PST file and that
my Contact List is LOST?

Thanks,
Bob

Yes. Unless you still have access to the original pst file.

BTW, as posted in all the Outlook groups on at least a daily basis - you do
NOT use the import/export function to transfer data from one Outlook to
another.
Here's how to do it properly:
