Extracting Emails from "To:" Heading

I have had to format my hard drive and reinstall. The only thing that I did
not back up is my home PST file. The only part I really need are the contacts
(emails and names).

I have an email message that I sent out to the entire email list. The
message contains all the names I require in the "To:" heading. I can right
click each name individually and get the email address from the properties
tag, but this would take ages (I have around 350 names in the list).

Is there a way to extract the names and emails addresses?

Make backups frequently.

Not with plain Outlook. There may be third-party tools that can help. Start

Sure copy from the message header - see
http://www.slipstick.com/Tutorials/create/dl.asp for the method. You'll want
to make a delimited list you can import into contacts rather than a DL.

BTW - I missed the 350 part - there are utilities that can run through the
folder and add the names to the contacts.
See http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/addauto.asp for a list.
