Exporting Auto Complete addresses

I am trying to find out how to export email addresses from outlook. Not the
contacts section, but when you go to enter a email address into the To: box
and it automatically completes the email address (autocomplete cache), as you
have used it before. Does anyone have any instructions for this? Outlook
2003 version.
