Can you do a mass update of contact data eg change a company name
I have Outlook 2003. How can I update a column of data for a selected group
of records. For example, when a company changes its name, I would like to call up all my contacts for that company using its old name and change the company name field to the new company name with out entering each person's record and updating it. |

Update one contact. The display your contacts in the "By Company" view. Select all the contacts in the old company group and drag the selection to the new company group. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
